The NTC Foundation creates a public destination for arts, culture and creativity for residents groups and visitors.  NTC resident groups include dance companies, theater companies, martial arts, educational groups, multi-disciplinary arts, and Museums & Galleries.  Some of the innovative amenities they offer are:

-Public spaces for Arts & Exhibits
-Classes and workshops that provides wide opportunities for growth including dance, martial arts and watercolor workshops
-Performing Arts
-Liberty School, an innovative educational program at NTC Promenade that offers at-risk students from San Diego County schools an opportunity to work with resident non-profit and civic organizations on project-based learning that supplements and enriches standards-based classroom instruction
-Museums & Galleries
-Community Serving
-Restaurant & Retail
